Talio Games collects only the information necessary to analyze gameplay and improve the balance of TEKO.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

The gameplay data collected is used exclusively for improving TEKO.

• Balancing gameplay mechanics.
• Identifying underused or overpowered content.

Gameplay data is not used for advertising, profiling, marketing, or automated decision-making.

3. How Data Is Collected

Gameplay statistics are transmitted securely from the Game to a Google Sheets document through Google Apps Script.

Talio Games does not operate dedicated servers for gameplay data collection.

4. Steam Services

TEKO requires a Steam account to play.

The Game also supports Steam Cloud, which allows players to synchronize save files between devices.

Steam Cloud is operated entirely by Valve Corporation and is governed by Steam’s own Privacy Policy.

Players may use TEKO completely offline. While offline, Steam Cloud synchronization will simply not occur until Steam reconnects.

5. Data Sharing

Talio Games does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties.

Gameplay information collected by Talio Games is used solely for internal development purposes.

6. Data Retention

Gameplay statistics are retained only while they remain useful for analyzing the current version of TEKO.

When a major update or new version is released, previously collected gameplay statistics may be permanently deleted if they are no longer required.

Important support or legal correspondence received through email may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary.

7. Data Security

Talio Games implements reasonable measures to protect collected information against unauthorized access.

Access to gameplay data is restricted to Talio Games only.

Although reasonable security measures are used, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request access to the information Talio Games holds about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your personal information where applicable.
